HOW CAN YOU SAVE 5% OF YOUR TURNOVER EVERY YEAR FOR $100 MONTHLY IN FACTORIES?

|

The team that produces MES Quick has been carrying out MES projects (Production Monitoring and Improvement) in factories since about 2005. To date, we have carried out MES projects in more than 100 factories. In 2005, we set out to measure, standardize and improve Operations in Lean Manufacturing. We thought that if we could reduce the operational expenses of 10,000 businesses in our country with a turnover of $2,000,000 or more by 20%, they would both earn $100,000 each year and save Turkey from wasting $2,000,000,000 a year. In addition, this savings unnecessary machine purchase, unnecessary energy expenditure and so on. most of them were based on the figures paid abroad.

OEE Based Production Improvement Examines Posture - Quality - Speed losses and prepares a very good database to improve. It is also much easier to do than other Lean techniques. It also provides Quality product delivery, Timely and correct quantity delivery etc. There are also many side benefits.

Towards 2010, 6 Sigma and Lean 6 Sigma became fashionable in our country. Thanks to the factories dealing with 6 Sigma, they showed interest in our product. Basically, they were acting according to the steps Define – Measure – Analyze – Improve – Control. Our MES product provides them with these steps specifically, Define (We were bringing thousands of suggestions they could work on), Analyze (We were preparing structural big data they could use), Measure (We were already measuring online), Check (we were giving instant notification of the slightest deviation in the values they set). We have also done very good work with factories and consulting companies that implement 6 Sigma.

In 2015, when the Industry 4.0 wave became fashionable in Turkey, we became fashionable again. People use online measurement of production data in the factory, analysis of them, instant notification of things going wrong, online remote monitoring of factories, etc. They loved the features. Indeed, after 18 years, it seems to us that the best way for our factory to start its smart digitalization journey is to monitor its production online.

In these 18 years, we have provided online monitoring of factories, integration with ERPs, Daily Gantt Charts, foretelling with Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Material and Operation Traceability, Finite Capacity Scheduling, Kanban type Planning, etc. We have developed many modules. But at the root of all this was again what we call MQ-MES Quick (which is also the name of our basic kernel module). This is the first step of the ladder and the steps must be climbed step by step.

The journey towards becoming a Smart Digital Factory must be accomplished step by step. We believe in installing the Basic MES module first and funding the rest of the project with the efficiency to be achieved using it. Indeed, at least 50% of the benefit is provided by this MQ module. As hardware, it is sufficient to purchase only 1 operator terminal for 4 machines. Besides being low-budget (Software + Hardware) it's also a good way to test yourself. Because no company can come and do these things for you from outside. You must learn to design, run, organize and sustain this project. This can be done with low software and hardware budgets, and it is software that is not affected by data interruptions. It's not a big deal if you can't read data from several machines for a few days in a month. If you have a functioning Network system, you can run this business. If you want, it may be sufficient to have an internet connection, as mesquick also provides this service to you over the Cloud.

It is better to move on to other modules after performing the MQ – MES Quick basic module properly, making improvements from the data and making money from them. Because the companies that cannot perform this module properly (who cannot manage and systematize this project) switch to other modules, causing loss of money and time, and even the Basic module may not be able to do it at all, since their energy is divided. As a result, the project is shelved.

In ERP integration modules, you will need a friend who understands basic ERP inside and a good ERP company that can help you outside, a friend with basic Automation knowledge inside (reading production numbers with automatic sensors) while doing Production Automation, and a good automation company from outside.

At the end of my article, I would like to say my suggestion once again.

First use our MQ – MES Quick Basic MES module.
Earn money by making improvements from it.
Fund the next phases of your project with this money.

Moreover, you can realize this project in as little as 3 months.

We wish you Happy and Productive Days
